Shipping

We ship via USPS Priority mail, and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, and average shipping time is 3-5 days; however, once USPS accepts your package, shipping times are out of our control. 

Returns

Here at COZY&KIND, providing exceptional customer service is very important. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must still have tags attached, and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept worn or washed clothing. Please email Orders.cozyandkind@gmail.com to initiate your return/exchange. Customer is responsible for return fees.Our mailer bags are 100% reusable and recyclable, so please use the same bag to ship back to us! If you choose to use your own packaging, you will be responsible for the shipping label.

Please note that personalized products, are crafted with love and care specifically for your little one and therefore cannot be returned. However, we strive to provide exceptional customer service. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us directly. 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on items that are defective or damaged within 30days of purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, and it’s available, please email Orders.cozyandkind@gmail.com
