Sizing:

  • Small: 60cm wide | 25-40cm neck circumference
  • Large: 75cm wide | 40-60cm neck circumference

 

Got a pup with long or fluffy fur? We recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.

Pro Tip: Use the fold & tie method — fold down the top edge a few centimeters before tying to achieve that perfect, effortless look.

If the bandana still feels a little long after sizing up, simply fold the top edge twice for a shorter, snug fit that sits neatly around your pup’s neck.

Shipping Details

Orders are shipped via USPS within 1-3 business days, and rates are determined by your order size and location. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped. It typically takes USPS 3-5 days to deliver your item to you. The wait is worth it!

Returns

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must still have tags attached, and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept worn or washed clothing. Please email orders.cozyandkind@gmail.com to initiate your return/exchange. Customer is responsible for return fees. Our mailer bags are 100% reusable and recyclable, so you can use the same bag to ship back to us!

Care Instructions

Bamboo fabric is a delicacy which is why we love it for our little ones. For ultimate longevity we recommend washing it on gentle cycle inside out, with like fabrics (no towels, velcro, etc), and hanging or laying flat to dry.
